• To provide core app features such as posting, discovery, and AI try-on previews
• To personalize the in-app experience and present relevant fashion content
• To maintain safety, investigate abuse, and support moderation workflows
• To improve app performance, reliability, and product quality

3. AI Try-On Data Sharing

Petalia includes an optional AI Try-On feature. When you choose to use AI Try-On, the app sends only the data needed to generate your preview, such as:

• The photo you select for try-on generation
• Your selected template or style prompt
• Basic request metadata required to process the generation request

This data is sent to our third-party AI service provider: Alibaba Cloud DashScope (Bailian Model Studio), solely for creating your try-on result. We request your in-app permission before first use of this feature.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only when necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, protect users, or support essential service providers acting on our behalf.

5. User Content and Safety

Petalia includes user-generated content. Users can report content or user behavior that may violate our standards. We may review relevant information to maintain platform safety and enforce our rules.

Petalia is not intended for children under the age threshold required by applicable law. If we learn that information has been provided in violation of that requirement, we will take appropriate action.
