These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Petalia application and related services. By accessing or using Petalia, you agree to these terms.
Petalia is a fashion-focused social experience that allows users to publish outfit posts, browse style inspiration, save and like content, and access AI try-on preview features.
AI Try-On is an optional feature. To generate a try-on preview, Petalia may send your selected photo and related style request data to our third-party AI provider, Alibaba Cloud DashScope (Bailian Model Studio). This transfer is used only to process and return your requested preview result.
By choosing to proceed with AI Try-On in the app, you consent to this processing and transfer for that request. If you do not agree, you can continue using other app features without AI Try-On.
Petalia provides in-app tools such as reporting and blocking to support user safety. We may review reported content or accounts and take action when necessary to enforce our standards.
Petalia and its branding, design elements, and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain rights in the content you create, subject to the permissions needed for us to operate the service.
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We may also revise these terms when necessary.
We may limit or terminate access to the service if a user violates these terms, harms other users, or creates legal or security risk.
Petalia is provided on an "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to provide a reliable and safe service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation at all times.
To the extent permitted by law, Petalia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
